Initial commit — app fidélité magasin (tablette)

App Flutter de programme de fidélité : login staff, clients (nom/prénom),
scan QR, factures (€→points), récompenses, réglages. Backend Supabase
(schéma SQL + RLS anti-triche dans supabase/). Icône incluse.
